As doors and shutters get older, they inevitably undergo wear and tear and are prone to accidents when situated in a commercial environment.

Maintenance for doors is an important task so to ensure failure and breakdowns are minimised and security to buildings is not compromised. If minor damages are left unattended they may lead to a deterioration of the door which can result in more serious repairs or in some cases harm for the operator.

HAG uses its network of door engineers across the U.K. to provide reassurance and confidence that interruptions and costly repairs are avoided.

Confidence is provided in knowing HAG is the preferred choice for the emergency services, holding several national maintenance contracts for Police, Fire, Ambulance and Coast guard.

Key Accounts

National key accounts benefit from a dedicated one point contact for all repairs and maintenance programmes, so communication is direct and personal.

Hospital packs/Key parts for specific clients are stocked in satellite vehicle so to ensure replacements are at hand and down time minimised.

Each site is assessed and a asset list is constructed with the maintenance cycles determined for each door, so to correspond with the required level of usage.

Reports on recommendations, replacements and faults are provided after each scheduled visit.

Nationwide coverage allows key clients to use HAG as a dedicated supplier for multiple sites across the country.

Our diverse product range allows HAG to repair, service and install all types of doors including Steel door sets, Roller shutters, Sectional Doors, Sliding Folding Doors, Fire Shutters, Speed Doors, Grilles,  Bi parting doors, Automatic Doors, Traffic Barriers, Gates to Aircraft hangar doors.

  • Increased operational life expectancy for your product
  • Reducing costly & inconvenient repairs by replacing worn components prior to failure

Growing regulation of the workplace is putting extra obligations on employers to meet the current Health and Safety Act 1974 Regulation 18(2)(B). Dictating, that all equipment, including doors and shutters, is suitable for its intended purpose, is in good repair and is subject to a monitored programme of maintenance. Failure to do so could result in prosecution and may invalidate your warranty.

HAG can help provide legal compliance through a planned maintenance programme.  Each plan is individually written to the site requirements and usage with documented reports stored at each location to provide evidence and confirmation for health and Safety inspections.

A sample of HAG Key Accounts range from National Facilities management companies such as MITIE, Carillion & Cofely to government organisations such as Kent Fire and Rescue Service , VOSA & Northampton Fire and Rescue.
